TEN opened in Dec. 2005 in Loveland, CO, conveniently located right off I-25, within The Promenade Shops at Centerra: a lifestyle center mall.
TEN Salon and Spa’s ultra-stylish, luxurious interior space preps clients for the pampering that awaits them. This nearly 12,000 square foot space boasts 24 hair stations, a full-service bridal suite for makeup and hair, two manicure stations, three luxurious pedicure chairs, and seven med spa treatment rooms.
We are locally owned and operated, and currently employ over 70 employees part-time or full-time. This ensures that no one needs to wait long for any of our services; ranging from a consultation for a Coolsculpting® treatment, to a soothing hot-stone massage, elegant updo, trendy cut and color, or age-defying fillers treatment.

How It Works
WHAT TO EXPECT
What to Expect During a CoolSculpting® Treatment?
To start your CoolSculpting session, one of our licensed estheticians will apply a gel pad to the area being treated to protect your skin from the freezing effects of the technology. Next, she will place the applicator over the targeted area. The applicator vacuum seals over your skin, creating a sucking or pulling sensation.
The applicator connects to a system that safely lowers the temperature of fat cells beneath your skin until they freeze. The length of treatment depends on the area being targeted but is typically around 30 minutes.
In the meanwhile, you can take a nap, catch up on work or simply relax. Most of our patients find CoolSculpting perfectly comfortable, experiencing only sensations of cold and pressure.
Although some people find the massage uncomfortable, others liken it to a tickling sensation. If you’re treating more than one area—for instance, treating both legs—she’ll then move on and repeat the entire process.
CoolSculpting has no downtime, but you should avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day. If you experience redness, swelling, bruising, cramping or skin sensitivity over the next few days, you are advised to take ibuprofen or apply a warm compress to the area.
