HOW THE FRAXIS DUO WORKS
Comprehensive Treatment, Lasting Results
RF Microneedling:
The first step involves using a handheld device with tiny insulated microneedles that penetrate deep into the dermis. As the needles penetrate, they deliver controlled RF energy into the deeper layers of the skin. This RF energy generates heat which stimulates collagen and elastin production for skin tightening and lifting
Fractional CO2 Laser Resurfacing:

However, Fraxis Duo is not suitable for individuals who have recently used Accutane, have an active skin infection, are pregnant, have a history of keloid scarring, or have darker skin tones or certain skin types due to an increased risk of hypopigmentation.
What is the average recovery associated with a Fraxis Duo procedure?
Most patients undergo a downtime of about two to three weeks after a Fraxis Duo treatment. It is common to have red, raw, and swollen skin following the dual microneedling with RF/ablative laser resurfacing procedure. Redness may last for several months. Consistent skin care, minimal sun exposure, and using appropriate sun protection can improve results and reduce downtime.
